President and Founder
Paula Chiocchi, CEO and founder of OMI, is an award-winning marketing industry veteran whose mission is to help businesses realize their full potential by effectively reaching their target audiences and converting more prospects into customers.
Under her direction, OMI provides Fortune 1000 firms and other clients fresh, accurate contact data to fuel outbound marketing initiatives and drive sales and profits. An expert and innovator in multi-channel marketing data, Paula has established OMI as a leader in comprehensive email campaign management services. Along with her growing team, her goal is to assist clients in successfully navigating the complex email channel by offering hands-on guidance combined with the highest levels of email deliverability and marketing ROI. Paula began her career with Dun & Bradstreet and developed her skills by creating direct mail, online advertising and email campaigns for leading mortgage companies, financial institutions, telecom, software, online gaming sites, sweepstakes enterprises and e-commerce companies.

James Fedolfi
VP, Product Development
As a successful entrepreneur, James has led numerous marketing firms to success.
James believes that if you use quality measures when compiling data, you will lead the industry in providing the best data to fuel direct marketing campaigns. A pioneer in data quality, James scans the marketplace for relevant new data sources that will build OMI’s business and consumer databases.
A longtime believer in the power of multi-channel marketing, James has helped to create traditional and digital marketing solutions that can utilize multiple channels for improved campaign effectiveness. James also leads our Technology team so that all of our proprietary technology and processes are kept secure - along with all of our data. He has pulled from the best minds in Technology to support him in this task. As a result, our Technology team is solid and growing, as is our business. These experts work tirelessly to ensure that we continue to improve our processes and our technology in order to bring the best and freshest data and services to our Clients.
As a successful entrepreneur, James has lead other marketing firms to success over the past 15 years. At leading-edge marketing firms such as eContacts and Metanex, James inserted his stamp of success. Always keeping a critical eye on the quality of the data assets, and the processes that were utilized to create them, James set up both companies to be successful before joining OMI. At OMI, James continues this legacy by focusing on the quality of our data, services, technology and processes. He is located in OMI’s New York office.
Angel Pizano-Hernandez
Senior Client Services Manager
Angel joined OMI in 2017 as Account Coordinator to support email marketing campaigns for our largest accounts and help produce the best possible results for clients. He efficiently maintains all campaign calendars and works with our staff to deliver creative assets on time or ahead of schedule. Angel recognizes the importance of organization and attention to detail, and uses his skills to provide proactive reporting and accurate campaign tracking for clients.
A fast learner who has quickly become an integral part of the OMI team, Angel has a background in marketing and communications, along with significant experience in office operations and creative design. As a colleague, his positive energy shines bright, and he has a promising future ahead. Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Sacramento.
Chris Lelles
Director of Client Services
Chris joined OMI in 2019 as an account manager and has quickly become a valued member of our team, while drawing on his background as an account executive in the TV advertising and email marketing industries.
At OMI, Chris is responsible for managing client campaigns and constantly optimizing to achieve the best possible results. In addition to interfacing with clients, Chris is also actively involved in internal content production and marketing acquisition efforts. Chris is especially passionate about over-delivering and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance/International Business from the University of Arizona where he made the Dean’s List. Chris is also passionate about biking, beach volleyball and traveling.
Dalia Charles
Administrative Manager
Dalia joined OMI in 2022 as our Administrative Manager, bringing a background as an executive assistant to her role. At OMI, Dalia is at the heart of everything we do. She is responsible for all office operations along with marketing support.
Eager to learn and very organized, Dalia shows great enthusiasm and creativity as she applies herself to completing her projects successfully. As she grows into her role, she is expanding her knowledge base around the various marketing channels that define OMI’s business strategy.
Dalia has quickly become a valuable member of the OMI team. She is positive in her approach to accomplishing her work goals and is a total team player who is there to assist when needed. We can always count on her to be prepared and focused.
