Paula began her career with Dun & Bradstreet and developed her skills by creating direct mail, online advertising and email campaigns for leading mortgage companies, financial institutions, telecom, software, online gaming sites, sweepstakes enterprises and e-commerce companies.

A longtime believer in the power of multi-channel marketing, James has helped to create traditional and digital marketing solutions that can utilize multiple channels for improved campaign effectiveness. James also leads our Technology team so that all of our proprietary technology and processes are kept secure - along with all of our data. He has pulled from the best minds in Technology to support him in this task. As a result, our Technology team is solid and growing, as is our business. These experts work tirelessly to ensure that we continue to improve our processes and our technology in order to bring the best and freshest data and services to our Clients.
As a successful entrepreneur, James has lead other marketing firms to success over the past 15 years. At leading-edge marketing firms such as eContacts and Metanex, James inserted his stamp of success. Always keeping a critical eye on the quality of the data assets, and the processes that were utilized to create them, James set up both companies to be successful before joining OMI. At OMI, James continues this legacy by focusing on the quality of our data, services, technology and processes. He is located in OMI’s New York office.
Angel joined OMI in 2017 as Account Coordinator to support email marketing campaigns for our largest accounts and help produce the best possible results for clients. He efficiently maintains all campaign calendars and works with our staff to deliver creative assets on time or ahead of schedule. Angel recognizes the importance of organization and attention to detail, and uses his skills to provide proactive reporting and accurate campaign tracking for clients.
A fast learner who has quickly become an integral part of the OMI team, Angel has a background in marketing and communications, along with significant experience in office operations and creative design. As a colleague, his positive energy shines bright, and he has a promising future ahead. Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Sacramento.
Chris joined OMI in 2019 as an account manager and has quickly become a valued member of our team, while drawing on his background as an account executive in the TV advertising and email marketing industries.
At OMI, Chris is responsible for managing client campaigns and constantly optimizing to achieve the best possible results. In addition to interfacing with clients, Chris is also actively involved in internal content production and marketing acquisition efforts. Chris is especially passionate about over-delivering and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance/International Business from the University of Arizona where he made the Dean’s List. Chris is also passionate about biking, beach volleyball and traveling.
Dalia joined OMI in 2022 as our Administrative Manager, bringing a background as an executive assistant to her role. At OMI, Dalia is at the heart of everything we do. She is responsible for all office operations along with marketing support.
Eager to learn and very organized, Dalia shows great enthusiasm and creativity as she applies herself to completing her projects successfully. As she grows into her role, she is expanding her knowledge base around the various marketing channels that define OMI’s business strategy.

Joe Callahan leads the development and execution of high-performing B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns at OMI. With more than 20 years of experience in channel marketing, Joe brings a strategic mindset and deep operational expertise to every campaign. He began his career in nonprofit development, where he specialized in multichannel donor outreach before transitioning into B2B marketing.
At OMI, Joe focuses on campaign planning, deployment logistics, and performance optimization—ensuring each initiative is both data-driven and results-focused. His thoughtful approach and hands-on leadership help deliver measurable ROI for clients across a wide range of industries.
Outside of work, Joe is a lifelong history buff who enjoys hiking in Ireland, snowshoeing in Vermont, and sharpening his skills at the strategy game Go. Joe holds both a B.A. and M.A. from Tufts University.
