With the holiday season here, it’s the perfect time to share my deep gratitude for the people, accomplishments, shifts, and innovations that shaped OMI’s journey in 2025. Here are just a few of the many reasons we are thankful this year:

1. Our Incredible and Evolving Team

In an industry defined by change, our team continues to be OMI’s greatest constant—and our greatest advantage. This year, we expanded in exciting ways, adding new skillsets and expertise across AI, operations, social media, and other emerging areas that strengthen how we deliver for clients every day. These additions complement our core foundation of data scientists, performance marketers, and audience-building specialists who bring unmatched dedication to their craft. They continue to evolve, innovate, and support one another—and that’s something I’m profoundly grateful for.

2. The Launch of Our B2B Influence Podcast

A major highlight of 2025 was the launch of the B2B Influence Podcast, where I’ve had the privilege of speaking with visionary leaders across marketing, data, technology, healthcare, professional services, and more.

What began as a passion project quickly turned into a high-performing channel for insight, inspiration, and community. The response has exceeded our expectations and affirmed just how valuable real, unfiltered conversations are in today’s B2B world.

I’m sincerely thankful for every guest who joined us, every listener who tuned in, and every conversation that sparked new ideas, as well as for the team that takes the time to perfect every aspect of the podcast – from concept to production, delivery, and driving awareness.

It’s a privilege to earn and keep the confidence of our clients, year after year, and nothing fuels us more than seeing them succeed.
